You can easily renew your subscription through our Internet Portal. Simply select the "Renew Home/Business" option, choose your plan, enter your Account Number, and follow the M-Pesa payment instructions.

After a successful voucher purchase, you will receive an SMS with a unique Username and Password. Connect to the "KVHotspot" WiFi network, and a login page should appear. Enter the username and password from the SMS to get online.

Please try these steps first:

  1. Restart your WiFi router: Unplug it from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Wait for 2-3 minutes for it to fully restart.
  2. Check the outdoor receiver: Ensure the power adapter for the outdoor receiver (the PoE adapter) is plugged in and has a light on.
  3. If the issue persists after these steps, please submit a support ticket below or call us.
